Of course, if THE OVERLORD wasn’t so CHEAP, he’d pay WordPress the extra pittance it costs for an upgrade so I could be seen! Sheesh!
Psst! I’ve got an in with the novel-writing software THE OVERLORD uses to write The Moon Realm series. If I can swing it, I’ll offer up a clue or two of what’s going on in The Dragondain. Check back from time to time. ‘Cause, you never know.

Okay! I have some news. First, THE OVERLORD is working like mad on an edit of The Dragondain. I mean like really crazy, almost like he’s on a deadline or something. More interestingly, though, is what I’m hearing from InDesign—that’s the software he used to typeset the e-Book of The Moon Coin. It appears, in his spare time, that he’s duplicating files and setting up workflow for another project. But he’s using the files for The Moon Coin. I don’t get it. He’s finished with those files, right? Anyway, he’s definitely getting ready for something big. I just don’t know enough about it to guess what it is. I am, after all, just a hidden page. I can say one thing for certain: the files he’s setting up now don’t look like e-Book files—they have margins!

According to my good friend Indesign CS5.5, THE OVERLORD has started prep work for an ebook version of The Dragondain! He only does this kind of thing if he knows he’s within a day or two of locking down the text! Which can only mean the final editing for next book in the Moon Realm Series is nearly finished! In other news, I’ve been peeking into folders all month, and I can tell you that Carolyn’s has been sending final illustrations all month, and that she’s now working of the cover! Scrivener, the program he uses to write the books, is being very tight-lipped: “It’ll be done when it’s done.” But don’t worry, that’s all he EVER says about works in progress. However, he becomes a regular Mr. Chattyface once a book goes into text lockdown. I’ll report again as soon as I can. DON’T TELL ANYONE I SAID THIS!
